"Vision According to Nehemiah"

How's your vision?  I don't mean whether or not you need eyeglasses, I mean how's your outlook or plan for the future?  That's a complex question, I know.

Vision is even more complex for the local church, the body of Christ.  It's not the plan of the pastor or the parishioners, but the plan of God.  If you want a definition, here goes:  Vision is a picture of what God will do in His church if we get out of His way and turn Him loose to do it.  The process of vision is the process of joining in what God is doing and wants to do in His church.

Join us this fall as we examine this vision-discovering process from the biblical perspective of Nehemiah.  We'll find him to be a visionary leader whose plans for the restoration of Jerusalem provide a framework for our efforts today.

Other worship events this fall include: Feetwashing and The Lord's Supper on October 2 and Youth Sunday on October 30.
